Walk-in cash rates for flight instruction and Office Hours are $200 per hour. Block discounts are available for blocks of 10 hours at $150 per hour ($1500). With this deposit you are pre-buying 10 hours at a discounted rate. The deposits are non-refundable but always honored at the rate purchased. You will receive a receipt for your deposit and access to a spreadsheet to keep track of your funds during training. This incentive is designed to make accounting easier and requires you keep a positive account balance at all times. Apart from weather related causes, cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are billed at half the scheduled time.
